A former FBI technician is pleading guilty to keeping child pornography on his laptop computer.

Ricardo Villanueva today admitted that he in the fall of 2000, he looked at the material while at work at FBI headquarters in downtown DC. Colleagues saw him and notified authorities.

Investigators later searched his Woodbridge home and found hundreds of photos and videos of child pornography.

Prosecutors say Villanueva admits taking some of those images from FBI files.

He could get up to seven and a quarter years in prison when he's sentenced in June. For now, Villanueva remains behind bars without bond.
