The horse's name is Joanne's Fancy and she is a four–year–old Standardbred racehorse named after my Mother–in–Law, Joanne Travers. After winning six races in 2008, Joanne developed an injury that ended her racing career. We are pleased that we have found "Another Life" for Joanne. She is in Pilot Hill learning, quickly, to be a Hunter/Jumper, a skill set she developed on day–one when she leapt over a five–foot fence and vanished into the surrounding forest for several hours before being found by her new canine companion, Cori. Ever since he found her in the forest, Cori refuses to leave her side.
